When are HOA fees due, and how do I pay?
ANSWER: The $475 HOA fee is due on January 1st  of each calendar year, and is delinquent on January 31st. February 2012, the HOA will pursue leans against delinquent properties.  You can send your payment to our treasurer:
 

I am getting ready to build my home or add a permanent structure to my property. How do I clear my plans with the HOA?
ANSWER: All new construction plans must be cleared through HOA Architectural Review. Board member Brian Dix is the point of contact for this process. You can find the Architectural Review Application Form here:
